I am starting a running program with NRC- those that know me know I walk and only when I’m doing a 5k - no consistency so I am on a program and running as much as I can and walking where I need to- also a meal plan to follow-day 2 went well Lenny is loving the dog park! Strava tracks me also- I am not getting out of this one😂😂thank you ! I’ll take the wins no matter how big or small a win is a win!

Kickin' up the dust 5k is in Plano on Saturday October 3rd at 10:00 am -while your there go to the Smallville Museum they are open until 4 on Saturday so run -have fun -a quick drink and go to the museum then drive by the Farnsworth house on the Fox river- Plano has a lot to offer come on out!! What’s up, 5K runners!!
Join us Saturday, October 3rd at 10:00 AM for a beautiful day in Plano, IL!

We’re calling for great weather (no guarantees — Mother Nature does what she wants), but either way we’re ready. If it’s nice, we’ll be out on the patio soaking it up. If it turns, we’ll be inside staying cozy. Good times either way.
