📌 Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy

As a self-employed stylist, I do my best to provide each client with dedicated time and high-quality service. To continue offering the attention and care each appointment deserves, I am updating my scheduling policy.

🔹 Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit will now be required when booking any service online. This deposit will go toward your total at the time of your appointment.

🔹 Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that things are hard for everyone right now and that unexpected situations can come up. However, when someone cancels late or doesn’t show, I do not get paid for that time that was set aside specifically for them.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations before 72 hours will have the full deposit applied to a future appointment or refunded.

Cancellations made within 72 hours, or no-shows, will result in the deposit being kept as a cancellation fee.

A friendly reminder....

This time of year, colds, flu, and other illnesses are going around. For the health and comfort of everyone in the salon, I kindly ask:
❌ Please don’t come to your appointment if you’re sick.
❌ Please don’t bring children who are sick.

Illness spreads quickly in close spaces, and it affects not only me but also other clients and their families.

If you’re not feeling well, please reach out—I’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping keep the salon a safe, healthy space for everyone. 💕

I wanted to let everyone know that in August my buisness hours are changing. Starting Aug 1st I will be working,
Wed 9-5
Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-5
Saturday 9-5
Im cutting out late days for personal reasons. I thank everyone in advance for understanding. Also rates will slightly increase starting September. I will be very reasonable with this as I know we are all struggling with the cost of living.
