Cleanse with a warm damp cloth, never under running water. Hot water strips your skin's natural oils before your cleanser even gets to work.
Apply serums and moisturizer to damp skin. Skip the towel after cleansing — damp skin allows products to absorb deeper and perform better.
Wear SPF daily. Yes, even indoors. Driving, sitting near windows, reflective walls — UV exposure adds up in ways most people don't realize.
Prioritize hydration before actives. High-strength serums don't perform on a compromised barrier. A hydrated skin is a functional skin.
