Alchemy Room Candle Bar

I am sure you have heard by now that we have lost our lease and are closing the candle bar and kombucha taproom.

With commercial space prices skyrocketing, we are unable to relocate the taproom at this time, and our brewmaster Marlin has taken this as a sign to retire.

However, we are working on options for the candle bar, and we hope to have some great news coming your way soon!

We are busy packing (and moving the biiiiig bar) so check in soon for updates!

In the meantime, please pick up your candles or grab a last cup of booch (or bring your growlers if you got them) through next Tues.

Thank you for the outpouring of kindness during this time. I believe things happen for a reason, even when we don't understand at the time, and I am entering this next phase with much joy and gratitude.

I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share some news with you. It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that we have lost our lease and have to close the kombucha and candle bar here at The Alchemy Room.

This has happened very quickly and we continue to look for space for the candle bar, or for a current business or someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to take on this fun candle bar adventure. If you would like more information on this please email us at [email protected]

This will not be the end of the candle bar but a temporary break while we look for solutions.

However, our brewmaster has made the decision to retire and we will be selling what is left of the kombucha and celebrating the 6 amazing years we have been part of the Murfreesboro community.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to some of you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Float Alchemy has new owners and they continue to care for and offer amazing service to all customers. Please go show them some love.

While I had planned to close the taproom on the 21st, I have decided to continue, with limited hours and limited staff to be available the 23rd through the 26th for kombucha and candles (I will be announcing that last week schedule in the next few days).

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and loyalty. I will miss your beautiful faces, the encouragement and kindness we all have shared in this space through the years.
