Fact or Fiction Friday Answer Time!
Blackheads and sebaceous filaments are NOT the same thing.
Sebaceous filaments are a normal part of your skin. They help move oil from your pores to the surface to keep your skin moisturized. They usually look like tiny gray, tan, or yellowish dots, especially on your nose.
Blackheads, on the other hand, are clogged pores. When oil, dead skin cells, and debris get trapped in a pore and are exposed to air, they oxidize and turn black.
Quick tip: Sebaceous filaments will usually come back no matter how much you extract them because they're a natural part of healthy skin. Blackheads can often be reduced with proper exfoliation and skincare.

Sometimes decompression during a facial isn't just silence.

It still feels a little weird charging people for something I love doing so much.

Tan Tip Tuesday!!
Do you have freckles and sun spots?? When you get a spray tan, everything on your skin gets a little darker. That includes those freckles and sunspots from past sun damage too. Don't panic when you see them looking a little more noticeable at first. That's completely normal!
So if you've got freckles you love, they'll pop. If you've got sunspots, they'll darken right along with the rest of your beautiful glow.
