🍂 Fall feels like the Luteal Phase 🍂

Just like trees naturally need to shed their leaves. Our wombs needs to shed.
The luteal phase is our inner autumn!  A time to release, rest, and prepare for renewal. 🌙

So light your yoni candle, sip your herbal tea, and let your body flow with the season. 🍁

•Cinnamon – Warming, improves circulation, eases cramps, and adds comfort to teas.

•Raspberry Leaf – Tones the uterus and supports hormonal balance.

• Chamomile – Promotes rest, relaxation, and eases PMS-related tension.

•Chaste berry - Easing PMS symptoms ,Reduces mood swings, bloating, and breast soreness.

✨ Your body moves like the seasons. Trust her cycle. Honor her wisdom. ✨

Honoring my cycle today and cooling of with an Iced Hibiscus cranberry tea. 😋 Summer is here and we definitely feel it.

✨ Hibiscus helps reduce cramps, supports hormonal balance, and eases bloating with its natural anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.

🍒 Cranberry keeps your urinary tract in check and flushes out toxins—especially helpful when you're feeling more sensitive down there.

Honor yourself in the simplest ways. Remember to slow down and sip.
