Happy International Self-Care Day! 💈
Hey, it's International Self-Care Day—take some time to care for yourself. Whether it's getting a fresh haircut, taking a break, relaxing, or simply doing something that makes you feel your best, remember that self-care isn't selfish—it's essential.
International Self-Care Day is celebrated annually on July 24th. The date (7/24) symbolizes the importance of practicing self-care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Take care of yourself today. You deserve it. ✂️💙
