Did you know the position your sweet baby is in towards your birthing time can create tight muscles and connective tissue patterns that can cause problems.

This tightness can create spinal misalignments which can cause issues with nerves. It can cause all kinds of problems with eating, colic, digestion, reflux and so much more! It can even make tongue ties worse!

This is just a touch of what I help infants with and I will come to you! I will even teach you ways to help your baby when our sessions are done.

Call or text to set up a consultation.

Having the last year off has brought great reflection into my life in all things. One of those being where I see my business going and how I see it growing. I have had an amazing 13 years in this career working with some of the most remarkable people.

My passion has always been to help and another passion has always been babies and children. That may look like working with birth trauma, helping parents connect on a deeper level with their infants, working with special ability children, or abuse survivors.

This is something I have always done but have not heavily advertised. My heart is really pulling me to focus my healing energy in that direction.

My heart is heavy to not be working with my adult clients, however excited to change my practice to working with the younger population only. I am currently working on the revamp and have made many connections to grow this new future for my business.

I am incredibly blessed and excited to work with any future families God sees fit to send my way. Keep an eye out for my future announcements. Share this with friends and please say a prayer over my business.

I am taking the love from all my clients with me in this expanded journey and adventure and pray for you all often.

No matter what is going on in your world, make sure you are doing things for you. Whether that is kicking your feet up and listening to silence or a favorite song, sipping on your favorite hot beverage while enjoying the cooler weather, booking a facial or massage, or pampering yourself at home.

These small things are key to emotional and psychological health.

Today, I gave myself a facial. This included hot towels, cleanse, peel, moisture mask and lymphatic face massage with hydrating moisturizers after applying my Hyaluronic Acid Serum. I then drank a glass of my Collagen Hot Tea that tastes like jello. Always treat your body from the inside out.

If you would like to know what I use and what many of my clients use to do this at home, comment below and I will reach out.

Taking care of yourself allows you to take care of others more efficiently. 🧖‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

Covid business update:

I will not be reopening for regular massage appointments at this time. I am, however, rescheduling those I had to cancel back in March. I have a very important surgery coming up in July I am preparing for and do not need to get sick. The next 3 Sunday’s will be used for those appointments when no one else is in the building. I will be arriving an hour early to thoroughly clean and sanitize the office.

I am following FSMTB (Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards) Guidelines on how to conduct business right now safely for me and for you.

There are other amazing LMT’s currently in practice and I will be happy to refer you. If you are having a hard time dealing with your stress and anxiety during this time I can also make healthy coping mechanism recommendations.

I made this for all my clients that deal with sciatica and low back/hip pain. These are great to do after all that sitting on your couch, office chair or lounge chair.

Don’t forget to get up and move every hour. Your body will thank you.

We will get through this and will know how to take better care of ourselves.

Let me know what other things you would like to see. Target areas, self massage techniques, meditation, fun movement ideas, etc.

PS: kids are home and noisy 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
