Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist
NC License #15842
I have been a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2016 and I have found so much joy in this career by being able to relieve pain and stress for my clients through therapeutic massage.
I worked at Family Life Chiropractic Center in Murphy, NC for 5 years. I currently have an in-office site in Murphy, NC where I offer Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage. I can also incorporate hot towels and essential oils into your session for a more relaxing experience.
On-site Chair Massage is another service I offer for Holiday parties, businesses, festivals or other events where 3 or more people can enjoy a fully clothed 15 minute massage. Book your massage today and let me tailor a treatment plan for your specific areas of pain.

Some seasons feel heavier than others. If this is one of them for you, I hope you can find a little time to rest and take care of yourself. You don’t have to wait until you’re completely worn out. 🤍

32 today. 🥳
Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who continue to support my massage business. Every appointment, referral, kind word, and person who chooses to come back means more to me than you realize.
Here’s to 32: a little older, hopefully a little wiser, slightly more avocado-like 😂, and more aware than ever of just how much I have to be thankful for. 🤍

Do what needs to be done…but don’t get so busy maintaining life that you forget to actually live it.
The dust will wait. Some moments won’t. 🍂

When “one more day” has your shoulders up to your ears, a massage might help. 💆♀️
Hold on… and book the massage. 😉

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍂
A new season is here, and it’s a good reminder to slow down and take care of yourself. As schedules get busier and cooler weather settles in, make a little room for rest, relaxation, and taking care of those tired muscles. 💆♀️
Here’s to cozy days, crisp air, and a season of feeling your best. 🧡

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to be faithful with what’s in front of you today. 🤍

25 years later, we remember.
The lives lost. The heroes who ran toward danger. The families forever changed. And a nation that came together in the face of tragedy.
May we never forget. 🇺🇸
