In this session, we worked on single-leg balance, foot and ankle strength, and cognitive control using a color-catch drill. The goal is not just stability, but control under pressure.
This type of training helps improve coordination, reaction time, and overall movement awareness. It also builds strength in the small stabilizing muscles of the foot and ankle that are often overlooked in rehab.
