“I’m purging.”
Maybe… but probably not.
One of the biggest misconceptions I see is people assuming every breakout after starting a new product is a purge.
Here’s the thing…
True skin purging only happens when an ingredient speeds up your skin’s desquamation process (cell turnover).
That’s why ingredients like retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and benzoyl peroxide can cause purging.
Your new moisturizer or cleanser? Chances are, it isn’t.
What’s actually happening is that those tiny, flesh-colored bumps you see (closed comedones/non-inflamed acne) were already there. Exfoliating ingredients simply bring that pre-existing congestion to the surface faster.
Without exfoliating products, those same bumps can still become inflamed over time because of hormones, inflammation, genetics. That’s your normal acne cycle—not a purge.
This is exactly why I don’t want my clients relying on TikTok or guessing what’s happening with their skin.
Inside my Clear Skin Program, I monitor your skin week by week, adjust your routine when needed, and help you understand what’s actually happening so you don’t quit too early—or keep using something that’s making things worse.
Because clear skin shouldn’t come from guesswork. 🤍
Inside my Clear Skin Program, you don’t have to troubleshoot your skin alone. If something comes up, we adjust. We ask the right questions. We identify the root cause instead of guessing or throwing out products that may actually be working.
Clear skin isn’t just about having the right products. It’s about having the right guidance at the right time.
That’s one of the biggest differences between buying skincare… and following a personalized treatment plan.

Everyone that’s acne prone understands the constant mental checklist that comes with it. Every day, you’re wondering what caused it, what to change, and whether you’re making your skin better or worse.
The typical treatment for acne currently looks like this:
They’re handed a prescription like doxycycline minocycline spironolactone Accutane and birth control.
Sold another product.
Given a skincare routine.
Then sent on their way.
When their skin changes…
When they start purging…
When they’re too dry…
When they’re breaking out…
When hormones, stress, travel, or life happen…
They’re left wondering,
“What do I do now?”
That’s the gap I created my Clear Skin Program to fill.
My clients don’t just receive products—they receive guidance.
Every week we evaluate their progress together. I review their skin, make adjustments, answer questions, troubleshoot setbacks, and teach them why their skin is responding the way it is.
Because acne isn’t one decision.
It’s hundreds of small decisions over time.
My job is to help you make the right ones.
That’s why 90% of clients who consistently follow the program achieve their skin goals within four months.
Not because I have a miracle product.
But because healing your skin becomes so much easier when you have someone walking alongside you who understands acne, understands your skin, and knows exactly how to pivot when things change.
My goal has never been to just clear your skin.
It’s to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage it for the rest of your life.

We spend so much time chasing the next “miracle” product that we forget the habits that actually move the needle in the long run.
Aging well isn’t built on one expensive serum—it’s built on the choices you make every single day.
These habits may not be glamorous, but they compound over time—and your future self will thank you.
