As some of you know, yesterday was my final day . This is a bittersweet departure as I’ve been offered an amazing opportunity to instruct for Weber State in their new PA program as well as see patients with a great Derm group here in SLC. I’m excited to learn and offer the latest and greatest in medical and aesthetic dermatology. The coalescence of many of my career goals has me absolutely elated but an early leave from my Trilogy family has left me a little heart broken. This team became like family almost immediately and I will treasure their friendships forever. Thank you to this beautiful group for sharing in my excitement for the new opportunity.

Acne Scar Filler - acne scarring is one of the most difficult things I treat and often requires multiple modalities. Often times patient have already completed laser treatment, subcision etc and are looking for more of an instant fix. This patient was just that. After years of lasers and microneedling, she wanted to try filler to correct the irregularity in her skin. I used both cannula for deeper dermal support followed by more refined needle work. Results are after 1 session of filler.

Under eye filler to correct infraorbital hollows.

Hyperdilute radiesse is on special this month at Trilogy. This product is used as an injectable collagen stimulator to strengthen the crepey tissue above the knees.

Mini lip.
Patient wanted a little more height to the top lip in order to balance with the lower lip. I used 1/2 syringe of Restylane Classic mostly in the top lip as well as some lateral sleeper lines.

Liquid rhinoplasty: a different view of how a little bit of filler can help balance out the tip of the nose. This patient had undergone previous surgical rhinoplasty and was left with an asymmetric tip after too much cartilage was removed from the left side. ​​​​​​​​

Not everyone is a candidate for this procedure and this is not something I typically do on the same day as the consultation. Because of the complexity and risk of augmenting noses, I like to go over all of the risks and benefits of this procedure and prepare a thoughtful treatment plan. No nose is the same and everyone requires a slightly different approach. The procedure itself is about 15-20 minutes and carries minimal discomfort. ​​​​​​​​

About last night…Did we get our sexy back?! I think its a work in progress… Last night was full of wonderful stories and motivation to take back our health and wellness as women. Liquid Rhinoplasty: doesn’t take much to make a big impact. I have worked with noses since the beginning of my career and love seeing what a millimeter of change in the right direction can do for someone’s confidence. Swipe to see a bit of our treatment plan. She started with a “C” shape dorsum to the left. She also has a twisted tip from deformed cartilage. My approach today was all about masking shadows with a firm gel filler. A little but goes along way and this is one of my favorite transformations.
