The sweetest person I have met in a long time. She developed some allergies to things commonly found in beauty/cosmetic products. I did a thorough consultation, read our labels and made sure that no product touched her scalp. Even though they were looking like they were safe. I didn't want to risk it. Sometimes you have to get creative with the service, but isn't that what most of us love about our industry? She did bring me a very detailed letter with information from her dermatologist about the specific ingredients. Instead of turning her away because it was going to be challenging, I smiled and said "I got you." And together with good communication and my knowledge, we created a look that made her feel like herself again.
