Dear loved clients,
As you know this past year has very challenging to me both mentally and physically. And after much consideration, I have decided I am ready to be a stay-at-home mom and Mimi again.
I am so excited for this next chapter in my life that includes weddings and grandkids! My last day will be November 28th.
This is truly bittersweet for me; I will miss getting your life updates every few weeks and I do hope you will drop me a line every now and then to share all the best parts of your life with me. We have been through so much together, challenges to changes and heartaches to the best day ever!! My life is richer because of you all.
I have been incredibly fortunate to have the very best clients turn into very dear friends.
THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING 20 YEARS!
With much love, Heather

How wonderful is this?! Every year we are amazed at how generous and kind you all are. Again during a very trying year, you show up to help those who need it the most. ❤
As one of the values instilled in me as a child that we have chosen to continue with our families, and now so many of you too!! Is our annual Christmas donation. The Road Home will be our choice again this year. For those of you who don't know, The Road Home provides emergency shelter and a variety of programs that help individuals and families step out of homelessness & back into our community.
We know many of you also support many different charities but, if you are willing, we would love to work with you so we can really help get these families taken care of. Please drop off your donations at Lavish Salon & Spa, 4700 South 900 East #38. We've included a list of their most urgent needs. They also have an entire wish list on their website https://www.theroadhome.org/give/in-kind-donations/
I have tried to live by the examples in my life that I have admired and taught me some of life’s most valuable lessons. In my dad's very wise words, "Come to me with a solution, not just a problem". No matter where you apply that it almost always leaves the world, " better than you found it".
With much love,
Heather and Lisa

Dear clients,
Since before we moved in 2016, the price of our services haven't changed. We’ve worked very hard over the years to avoid raising them— Even as our costs have increased every year. So far, we’ve managed to absorb them rather than passing them along to you.
Unfortunately, the conditions created by the pandemic have forced our costs to balloon. Every single item we use has gotten more expensive. The prices that vendors charge to ship have multiplied. On top of that, due to worldwide supply-chain delays and shortages, we now have to work even harder to find accessible products for our services (gloves, foot files, monomer and paraffin wax have really been challenges), and we must purchase them several months earlier than we used to, giving us much less flexibility in our spending. We have also been able to absorb the last rent increase, but we have another coming in October.
So, unfortunately now, our prices are going to reflect this.
On November 1st, you will notice a $5.00 increase on most services.
Thank you for supporting us!!
