Introducing Advanced Facial, Jaw & Neck Release💆🏻‍♀️
This treatment combines therapeutic facial massage, myofascial techniques, therapeutic deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, and intra-oral active release (inside the mouth). This treatment focuses on the muscles that can contribute to jaw tightness, clenching, TMJ discomfort, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and that feeling of carrying stress in your face.
The lymphatic drainage portion can also help with facial puffiness and support healthy lymphatic flow.
This may be a good option if you deal with:
• Jaw tension or clenching
• TMJ discomfort
• Facial tightness
• Headaches
• Neck, shoulder or upper back tension
• Facial puffiness
• Stress-related muscle tension
• Limited jaw opening
Gloves are worn for the intra-oral portion, and your comfort is always the priority.🧤
This treatment is 60 minutes.

💧 DID YOU KNOW? Your lymphatic drainage session includes abdominal work — every time!
Lymphatic fluid from the legs and lower extremities needs a clear pathway toward the body’s central lymphatic system. Gentle abdominal techniques help support that natural flow and encourage movement of fluid from the lower body toward the abdomen and central pathways.
✨ It’s not an add-on. It’s always included in your lymphatic drainage session.
Because effective lymphatic work is about more than just where you feel swollen — it’s about supporting the flow throughout the body. 💚

Did you know? Your lymph isn’t filled with “toxins.”🦠🗑️
A more accurate way to describe what lymph carries is waste. Lymph is made up mostly of water, along with proteins, immune cells, fats, and normal cellular waste that your body collects from the tissues every day.
As lymph moves through your lymphatic system, your lymph nodes help filter it and support your immune system. The filtered lymph is then returned to your bloodstream, where your liver and kidneys process and eliminate that waste through your body’s natural filtration systems.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage doesn’t “flush toxins.” It supports the natural movement of lymph, helping transport excess fluid, proteins, immune cells, and cellular waste so your body can function the way it was designed to.
Your body already has an incredible filtration system. Manual Lymphatic Drainage simply helps support it.đź’šđź¦

Alternating between Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage gives your body a more complete approach to wellness because each treatment supports a different system.💆🏻‍♀️đź¦
Massage Therapy focuses on your muscles by helping reduce tension, improve mobility, increase circulation, and promote relaxation.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage focuses on your lymphatic system by encouraging healthy lymph flow, helping manage swelling, and supporting your body’s natural healing and immune function.
By alternating the two, you can support:
• Muscle recovery and flexibility
• Healthy lymphatic function
• Improved circulation
• Reduced tension and stress
• Recovery from everyday wear and tear
• Overall health and wellness
Sometimes your body needs muscle work. Other times it needs lymphatic support. Alternating these treatments helps ensure you’re caring for both systems—not just one.

Did you know? TMJ active release therapy is a specialized session designed to relieve jaw tension, reduce facial swelling, and restore balance to the head, neck and upper body. This treatment begins with targeted TMJ active release, intra-oral muscle massage, followed by therapeutic deep tissue work to the upper back, shoulders and neck, and finishes with gentle lymphatic drainage to calm inflammation and support fluid movement.
