Cut Throat Massage

Cut Throat Massage didn’t start in a quiet spa.

We grew inside a fitness gym and Jiu-Jitsu academy, surrounded by athletes, competitors, coaches, and everyday people who weren’t necessarily looking for a traditional massage experience. They were looking for WORK.

They came to us because they had already tried other places. They were tired of leaving appointments underwhelmed. They wanted pressure. They wanted mobility. They wanted recovery. They wanted somebody willing to meet their body where it was and go 1% further.

That became our lane.

And somewhere along the way, you became our people.

You’re also the people whose family members look at you like you’re crazy when you tell them about your Cut Throat Massage. 😂

You know exactly what we’re talking about.

You LOVE your deep tissue. You want the sports bodywork. You want somebody working on that shoulder, hip, back, or those legs. Meanwhile, your spouse, partner, friend, or family member is saying:

“Absolutely not. I just want to RELAX.”

Well… guess what?

🌺 WE FINALLY MADE ROOM FOR THEM TOO.

Welcome to THE REEF — our new Zen & Quiet Massage location.

Now, while you get the Cut Throat-style bodywork you already know and love, your spouse, partner, significant other, friend, or family member can experience something more familiar to them: a calmer, quieter, relaxation-focused massage environment.

No gym atmosphere. No need to convince them that “the good hurt” is actually good. 😂

Just a peaceful space where they can decompress, relax, and enjoy their massage their way.

And the best part?

The two locations are only about 50 yards apart.

You don’t have to choose between serious bodywork and relaxation anymore.

ORIGINAL LOCATION — SPORTS & PERFORMANCE
38397 Innovation Court, Suite 103
Murrieta, CA 92563
Inside Carlson Gracie HQ

THE REEF — ZEN & QUIET MASSAGE 🌺
38365 Innovation Court, Suite 903
Murrieta, CA 92563
Just about 50 yards away, next to Pit BBQ

TWO LOCATIONS. ONE MISSION.

Meet you where you’re at and take you 1% past it.

Whether your idea of a great massage is serious sports bodywork or simply shutting the door, turning down the noise, and relaxing for an hour — there’s finally a Cut Throat experience for both of you.

So bring the spouse. Bring the partner. Bring the friend who thinks you’re crazy. Bring Mom. Bring Dad.

You take the Good Hurt. They take the Quiet Side. 😉

🌺 THE GOOD HURT JUST FOUND ITS QUIET SIDE.

Our team is stronger than ever, our doors are open, and online booking is available now.

MEET KAITLYN 🔥💀

Sports Massage Therapist | Movement • Recovery • Performance

Kaitlyn is a dedicated Sports Massage Therapist who lives by a simple philosophy: a body in motion stays in motion.

Her approach to bodywork is focused, intentional, and built for people who expect their bodies to perform. Kaitlyn specializes in targeted massage designed to reduce muscular tension, support mobility, improve recovery, and help active bodies keep doing what they love.

Whether you’re training hard, working a physically demanding job, chasing your next personal best, or simply tired of feeling tight and restricted, Kaitlyn brings a purpose-driven approach to every session.

And she practices what she preaches. As an avid walker and swimmer, Kaitlyn understands firsthand that movement doesn’t always have to be extreme to be effective. Consistent, low-impact activity can play a major role in mobility, cardiovascular fitness, recovery, and overall well-being.

At CUT THROAT MASSAGE, we’re not interested in cookie-cutter bodywork — and neither is Kaitlyn. She combines technical skill with a holistic understanding of movement to meet each client where they are and help them work toward where they want to be.

💀 MOVE BETTER. RECOVER STRONGER. KEEP GOING.

Welcome to the Cut Throat Massage Team, Kaitlyn. 🔥

It hurts good for a reason.
