Good afternoon. We recently switched salon app services, which in turn has been a learning experience for all of us. We've been notifed of text reminders being received that aren't displaying your appointment information correctly. We are and have been working on that but there's seems to be some extra bugs we didn't anticipate. Thank you for your patience!

We would like to thank everyone that has called or texted with their appointment dates and times. We really appreciated the help!

Good news, we were able to get everything back! We are up and running as normal!

Yesterday morning we came into the salon to a computer system that had crashed. After having our techs check everything out we found out we have lost all records, meaning all future appointments, past appointments, all client information (names, addresses, phone numbers and email). If you have an appointment coming up please text (if you can) your stylist with that information. If you can not text your stylist, please call the salon 563.262.8687 and leave a message with your name, phone number and appointment day and time on the machine if we can't get to the phone.

This is going to take some time to get everything back in order so please understand if there is any confusion when you come see your favorite stylist for your appointment!

Good morning beautiful friends! Our phones are down (statewide), please be patient with us as we don't have an estimated time of when they'll be working.

Finally as of this morning our phones are fixed!!! Also want to let everyone know we will be closed Saturday and Tuesday to spend time with our families for the holiday. Everyone have a safe and happy 4th!
