a few fun facts about me:

✨ i’m a wife + mama, so trust me when i say i KNOW what it feels like to take care of everybody else and realize you forgot to put yourself on the list.

✨ i work a whole career outside of SophisticatedSKN too. so when i talk about making your maintenance fit your REAL life… baby, i mean that!

✨ i love a good “get myself together” day. hair done, nails done, brows cleaned up, skin glowing… suddenly i can handle anything life throws at me. 😭😂

✨ i’m definitely a “put it on the calendar” girl because if it’s not written down somewhere… good luck to us all. 😂

✨ as an esthetician, one of my BIGGEST things is consistency. i would much rather see you regularly and MAINTAIN your skin than only see you when something is wrong.

✨ and i don’t believe self care has to be this huge production. sometimes it’s literally just keeping the appointments you made for yourself.

it’s abt having little systems in place that help you feel like YOU while you’re busy being everything to everybody else. in other words…if you STAY ready, you don’t have to GET ready boo.
