ERASE, LLC

Holidazzle is coming….are you going?

Decisions based on logic, not emotions.

Let’s put this in perspective.
When you have to make an important decision, what criteria do you base that on?

For example:
You have to have a life-saving surgical procedure.
Your options for a surgeon are:
Surgeon #1
Nice person, easy to talk to, good bedside manner. Mediocre skills, moderate success, less than optimal outcomes, and poor long-term survival rate.

Surgeon # 2
Arrogant, cocky, outspoken, and a bit abrasive.
Best skills in the industry, highest success rate, most optimal outcomes, and superior long-term survival rate.
Which do you choose?
What do you base your decision on?

You will choose Surgeon # 2 because your life depends on it! And Surgeon # 2 is the best person for the job.
Skills and ability outweigh personality. Period!

This is not a popularity contest.
This is not who you’re going to have dinner with for the next four years or who you’re going to have to sit next to at gatherings.
This is about the best person for the job.
The person with the best skill set and highest level of outcomes.
The person that will give you the best chance of surviving and thriving.
This is about the person that can get done what has to be done.

Apply this reasoning to all major decisions.
Choose the best person for the job based on their skills and performance on the job!

This is not a popularity contest.
This is about the person that is capable of restoring America to where it should be and the best chance for our children and grandchildren to survive and thrive in safety and freedom.
Don’t allow emotions to override logic.
