Puts Emphasis on the core which is the foundation to fitness. Try it, you might like it🥴😅 Its Plethora🗣📢

🚨📢Open gym today, 9am-12pm
Open gym will be every Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-7pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-12pm.
So there will be morning and evening times to accommodate more people.
Open gym is $10 a day or $60 for the entire month.
April 1st, the gym will go back to by appointments only‼️ So don't delay‼️ Come get with me right now so I can help you get your Summer body together because my availability will be slim when the weather breaks‼️
