It’s called professionalism. 😂

Hot take: Talent is overrated.

I’ve met incredibly talented lash artists who struggle to stay booked.

Not because they aren’t good enough.

Because talent without strategy is unpredictable.

The artists who consistently grow understand something deeper:

✨ How to attract the right clients
✨ How to communicate their value
✨ How to create a client experience people come back for
✨ How to market themselves with intention

Talent might get you noticed.

Strategy gets you paid.

Being good at lashes is important.

But knowing how to build a business around your skill is what changes everything.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I created my Lash Master Class the way I did. Yes, you’ll learn lash extensions. Yes, you’ll learn mapping, isolation, styling, retention, and application.

But you’ll also learn the business side.

Because I’ve seen too many talented artists leave this industry, not because they couldn’t do lashes, but because they didn’t know how to attract clients, retain clients, price their services, or market themselves effectively.

A skill can create income.

A strategy can create freedom.

If you’re ready to learn both, my next Lash Master Class is enrolling now. DM me “LASH COURSE” and let’s see if it’s a good fit for you. 💛

Water isn’t the enemy. 👀

One of the biggest shifts in my career happened when I stopped accepting “that’s just how it’s done” and started learning the WHY behind lash artistry.

The best lash artists aren’t just following steps.

They’re making informed decisions based on education, experience, and understanding how the products actually work.

That’s the difference between learning a service and mastering a skill.

So tell me… were you taught not to get your lashes wet for 24-48 hours? 👇✨

She had never had lash extensions before and trusted the artist she went to—which honestly makes this even harder, because most clients don’t know what to look for.

She brought in an inspo photo of a long, dark, full set she loved… but her natural lashes are shorter and finer, which means that exact look needed to be adjusted to protect the health of her lashes.

Instead of turning her away, we made a plan 🤍

The breakage and gaps she had are absolutely something we can work through—but recovery takes time, patience, and a healthier approach moving forward:
✨ shorter lengths
✨ lighter density
✨ proper isolation
✨ styling designed specifically for her natural lashes

Lash extensions should be customized—not copied.

A good lash set isn’t just about how it looks on day one… it’s about how your natural lashes look over time.

A lot of people hear volume and immediately think bold, heavy, or “too much.”

But volume isn’t one-size-fits-all.

She first came in for a half set… then returned 5 weeks later for a full set—with lashes still hanging on from that original appointment 🤍

That kind of trust means everything to me.

What I love most about this transformation is that even with a volume set, nothing feels overpowering. Her features still feel soft. Balanced. Like her.

That’s always my goal—not to make the lashes wear you… but to create something customized enough that you still feel like yourself… just elevated ✨

Because the best sets aren’t copied.
They’re created intentionally for you.

This industry deserves professionals who actually care about the experience, the health of the natural lashes, the customization, and the education behind the service.

That’s why I’ll always say being trained correctly matters.
Because this is more than a side hustle to me.
It’s a craft.

Following a map will only take you so far.

Understanding placement?
That’s what changes everything.

Most artists aren’t doing it wrong…
they just were never taught how to see.

This level of detail is exactly what I focus on inside my in-person trainings.

comment “LASH” and I will send you the details of my in person training

Speed isn’t the flex people think it is.

You can move quickly through a set…
but certain details take time.

Shorter lengths.
Clean isolation.
Intentional placement.

Those aren’t things I rush.

And I’ve noticed… the more detailed the set,
the more patience it actually requires.

So for me, it’s never been about how fast I can finish—
it’s about how well it’s done when I’m finished.

The clients who value that difference?
They move differently when it comes to who they book.

I’m not the lash artist for everyone…
but the ones who get it, get it.
