✨ IPL FOR SURGICAL SCAR REDNESS ✨
This client came to us wanting to reduce the noticeable red/purple discoloration left behind from her breast lift scars.
After 3 IPL treatments, you can already see a significant improvement in the appearance and color of the scars.
How does IPL help scars?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) targets excess pigment and visible blood vessels that can contribute to red, pink, purple, or brown discoloration in a healed scar. Over a series of treatments, the goal is to help the scar gradually blend more naturally with the surrounding skin.
It’s important to know that IPL does not erase a scar or remove scar tissue. Instead, it can improve the color and overall visibility of appropriately healed scars.
