these might be the days.

Somewhere between building, working, mothering, loving, stressing, creating and trying to keep up with all of it, life has gotten really full.
So many things I used to dream of slowly become my every day❤️

After taking Amelia Jane Hextell iconic blonde class Thursday I left feeling really inspired to try what I learned.

Five hours, countless foils, and one call to my husband for backup foil-holding later… we got this beautiful result— created entirely with O&M PRO 🤍

I’m already thinking about our next session—adding more depth with lowlights and creating even more contour and shape similar to the work that Amelia is know for.

Meanwhile, my Oura Ring thought I was doing a HIIT workout followed by almost three hours of housework. Honestly, fair. 😂

About last night ❤️

Seeing this dream come to life—and watching the salon fill with people I love—was something I’ll never forget.

Yesterday.

My last day working in the back room before moving to the front of the salon on Monday.

Fourteen months of quiet work happened in that little room. I feel sentimental about it all. Excited, a little anxious, and really proud.

Wore one of my favorite dresses, spent the day with some of my OG clients, Todd made BLTs, and I talked him into a sunset ride so I could see the salon lit up at night. I don’t think I’ll forget that view.

I love being a mom.

One of the coolest parts of doing so many moms’ hair is how much I’ve learned from them. Very grateful for that. Happy Mother’s Day🤍
