Just a little reminder:

***Cancellation Policy***
We have a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. This allows for someone else to have the opportunity to schedule and us to hopefully fill the spot. If you must cancel, or you no-show your appointment within the 24 hour time frame before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. These charges must be paid prior to scheduling next appointment. This policy will be strictly enforced as all of our time is extremely valuable. Thanks for understanding!!

We have missed you dearly and cannot wait to see you all again soon! We are diligently getting our spa ready and revising our already thorough protocols for the health, safety and comfort of ourselves and our clients in these trying times. We are following strict guidelines and recommendations and your next visits may look and feel a bit different for a while, but it is what we must do to stay open and as safe as possible. Please be patient with us while we work to get your appointments scheduled!

Here’s what you need to know:
• All clients must come to their appointment alone with no children, guests or friends.
• All clients must remain in the car until we text you it’s time to come in for your appointment.
• All clients must be wearing a face mask (no exceptions) for the entirety of their visit. If the service you are receiving requires removal of face mask, your esthetician will tell you when it can be removed and advise when to reapply.
• Upon arrival, all clients must thoroughly wash hands.
• Our spa and our services will be a bit sterile and more clinical than usual. Service times may be shorter for some appointments as we will be forgoing the more pampering aspects of some services, like massaging, in order to keep exposure as minimal as possible.

And of course, as always, but even more importantly now, if you have been traveling, or if you have a fever or any of the other symptoms we are all well aware of, or have been around anyone that has been sick or experiencing symptoms....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come in!!! We can always reschedule! Stay healthy and safe and we’ll see you all soon!

We can afford to have one canceled appointment, but we can’t afford to get sick and cancel a week of appointments.
