Good morning!!

Want to let everyone know
I’ve had phone issues since dec 31!! 🎆

I had to get a new phone- well apple locked me out of my account for 6 flipping days!!!! I asked why?? No one knows- and no one can help. 🙄

They sent a new phone and I got back in my account Jan 6.

Then on wed Jan 14 Verizon had a nationwide outage. So of course my phone was stuck on SOS and wouldn’t work.
They fixed the outage Thursday morning. Everyone else In the worlds phone works now.

Plot twist!! 🤔🤔🤔Dun dun dun 😱😱😱

Just kidding! Except mine!!!! 😡 😡🤬🤬

So since My phone still wasn’t working Thursday night i called and went to Verizon
After 3 hours they still couldn’t fix it!!! Of course!
So they had to overnight another “new” phone

Friday- UPS came with the phone and never rang my doorbell!!!!!! So they wouldn’t leave the phone!! 🤦‍♀️🤯🙄 whyyyyyyyyyyyy

Left a note saying they’ll try Tuesday, well yall know me!!!!!! Tuesday??????? 😳NO!!!!😤😤😤

I called and threw a fit!!! No I can NOT and will NOT wait til Tuesday I have precious clients who need me!!!!! 🫠🫠
SOOOOOOOOOO. They’re going to try to deliver it today- Saturday!! I’ll keep yall updated!!

As we all know, prices with everything in every industry has sky rocketed. As much as I hate to do this, unfortunately I have to. 😖😖

In my industry alone prices have not only gone up but some have even doubled. I’ve been putting this off for as long as I possibly could, I’ve kept my prices the same for over 4 years now. ☺️☺️
