A little FYI from Amanda:
Since this is a conversation I have daily… I personally recommend prenatal vitamins in which they cover most of these. To each their own but I personally have seen the best results with prenatal versus biotin, collagen and all these hair, skin and nail vitamins.

Ok so bare with my I’m working on the video thing haha but this client comes every week to 2 weeks for a wash and does not wash in between, I thought I got a good before and after of her scalp but here we are the results were truly amazing she had a lot of dry skin on her scalp and it was gone by the end!! The scalp pre wash treatment is a WIN!!
