Let’s take a moment together today.

Right now, wherever you are…
Take a slow breath in through your nose for 4 seconds. Exhale gently through your mouth for 4 seconds.

Do that three times.

Now gently roll your shoulders back, Move your neck side to side, Let your body soften.

That’s it. You just reset your nervous system for a moment.
