11:15 am (chair yoga)

Yoga at the courthouse annex today at 10 am! (No regular 10 am class at NAC this morning, but the 11:15 chair class is still on!)

ll be teaching a free yoga class this Wednesday 10 am at the Courthouse Annex in conjunction with the AgriLife Extension.

I’m still working on my ability to be in two places at once, and unless something miraculous happens between now and Wednesday this means there will be no class at 10 am at the NAC Annex that day.

Tonight at 6pm is the last group yoga class until next month on the 11th. A few new things will be happening once classes return, one of which is an increase in pricing from 10 to 15 dollars per class. I deeply appreciate each of my clients and your continued support while I expand my business!
