Today, a Monday, began with untying my shoes so I could put them on. As I tugged a lace, I resisted the urge to switch laces and tug elsewhere. Then, mindfully, I released that lace. I briefly studied the pattern, then grasped the correct lace to untie them. The mindful experience brought to mind life experiences. How often do we tug on a *bad* experience, or an argument, rather than seek a different path? Work smarter, not harder. That’s my lesson for today. Now, to practice what I preach! Make today better! 🙏🤩🌻🪺😍
