My dad taught me how to cut his hair when I was in middle school (and he’s not a barber but maybe his schedule was too unpredictable to make an appointment 🤷‍♀️).
That lead to me practicing on my brother (who I can’t believe let me do it over and over again when I would nip his ear almost every time 😂). And then on my friends...which eventually turned into perms and highlights (the old pull through cap kind!)
Well, I guess all those lessons and practice came in handy during quarantine 😜
I would cut their hair every time bc I like it better that I give them an actual haircut with a comb and scissors not just a buzz cut like at the barber. But the terminal cleaning of the bathroom each time is just too much of a pain.
But we were lucky to have beautiful weather so we could do it outside. 👍

This kid is so precious. I slept in the guest room last night bc i had to get up at 5:30 for work. So Andrew decided he would have a sleepover with dad.

When I went to get ready for work this morning I noticed what he had done.
He was on my side of the bed and the nightstand had his stormtrooper clock, and his pictures of our 4 pets and pictures of mom and dad. ❤️

I guess he needed to literally feel like it was his side, his nighttime necessities and all. 😆 It appears I may have actually lost my spot and he moved in!

He is such a toot but also so sensitive and loving. He is the one who without fail, comes to me every single night, gives me a kiss and says ‘goodnight mom’. 😭
