She had black hair- the she bleached it at home to go red- didn’t like the red- went back dark- then wanted to be back to her natural hair +blonde 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨… would you take this on?!?…..Let’s talk color corrections! - what does that mean? It’s in the name- your color needs correction- it’s usually something that takes multiple steps, and is not straightforward!
🤌🏻Yes- depending on your starting and end goal- color corrections can take multiple appointments.
I personally tend to attack color corrections more aggressively- if the budget allows. By that I mean I want to get AS MUCH done in one session. This will save time and money and hair integrity long term.
For example: if you have black hair, and we do just highlights - we have lightened pieces, and the previous black. So next session- is now MORE complicated because we have to treat those two colors completely different- and we risk damage on the highlights.
😗Versus- my preferred method - let’s get all the black out and put everything on an even canvas and build from there. This can get expensive- like $400+, but long term we will reach our goal quicker and then just be on maintenance.
Although this is not achievable for every person- and I always recommend consultations. IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET RID OF YOUR BLACK DYE.
