💧 Daily morning/night skyncare regimen- make sure we are really cleansing and removing all makeup! Keep it simple and smart!

My morning started off with lighting a candle and burning sage, light stretching, breathing, and EFT(emotional freedom technique). Tapping those unique places on my body (that I learned in my mini wellness retreat I recently attended) while chanting with my eyes closed “ Things are going to turn around. Hold open your arms and accept all the goodness that is being prepared for you. Your time is coming. ” -
Did this several times and then focused on breathing and stretching while just focusing on me presently feeling the love I have for myself taking it all in and talked to God. Opened my eyes stared in the mirror just looking at myself and took myself back to the feeling I had while in Hawaii a blissful moment just on the beach digging my toes in the sand sitting there looking at the vast ocean and just remembering that feeling of peace within myself. No material item can ever make me feel this way of love that I truly have for myself. Looking in the mirror deep into my eyes tears streaming down…this is love. This is happiness. I love the rawness of my being. I accept the rawness of my being.
