Wrestling season is here, and she wanted an emerald shade to match her singlet, I was so excited to help bring her vision to life!

Instead of lightening her hair again, I worked with the beautiful blue she already had and formulated several different colors together to create this customized emerald green. This allowed us to completely transform her color without adding any unnecessary stress to her hair.

Every starting canvas is different, and I’m always so grateful when a client trusts me to create something specifically for them. I absolutely love how this color turned out, especially when the natural light brings out that rich emerald tone! 💚

From banded color to a beautifully blended dimensional bronde ombré 🤎✨

My client came to me with several different shades throughout her hair, including uneven lightness and previous color banding. As we began lifting, a noticeable band revealed itself around her head, but no worries!

Instead of fighting against it or compromising the health of her hair, I customized a deeper, lower root smudge to soften the band and transform it into an intentional ombré. The result is a seamless transition from rich dimension at the root into soft, warm, beautifully blended ends.

Corrective color is all about understanding what the hair is showing you, using color theory, and knowing when to pivot. Look at that blend, shine, and movement! 😍

CINNAMON MOCHA 🍂🤎

My client wanted to give her hair some time to breathe, so she knew she did not want any bleach during this appointment. She came to me for options and brought an inspiration photo of the color she loved. With color theory and a customized toner, we were able to create this beautiful fall look without using bleach!

We also gave her a healthy haircut and added soft layers for movement. I absolutely loved seeing it outside the sunlight brought out all those rich cinnamon and mocha tones, and the wind showed off every layer so beautifully! 😍

My client has been coming to me for almost five years, and I still remember when she first sat in my chair with box dye in her hair and one goal, to eventually embrace a full head of natural gray. And look at her now… she made it! 🙌🏼

For this appointment, we simply toned her gorgeous natural silver and the little bit of blonde she still has, creating this beautiful smoky-silver finish.

She loves her hair short because longer hair gets too hot, so we kept the back nice and short while leaving length through the sides. Then we made one side slightly longer for a fun, asymmetrical touch. This look was something we created together, and that’s one of my favorite parts of what I do…having fun with my clients and bringing their vision to life!

We also tinted her eyebrows and sent her home with professional products and a personalized wash and maintenance plan to protect her color.

And this transformation?! 😭🤎 We kept her beautiful natural depth and brought it to life with rich caramel ribbons, soft golden warmth, and seamless dimension throughout. The blend is so soft, the shine is incredible, and this color is so, so her. It still feels like her, just brighter, richer, and glowing.

We also created a customized butterfly cut designed specifically for her hair. I added layers to give her more volume, shape, and movement while still preserving so much of her beautiful length. The color and cut together completely brought her hair back to life!

This is easily one of my favs transformations since coming back behind the chair. I absolutely loved creating it, and the finished result reminded me all over again why I love what I do. 🤍🫶🏽
