UPDATE - and a FUNNY story about my arm... 😏

So, I went to the chiropractor again and he adjusted my elbow, and a rib under my collar bone. After leaving, it dawned on me. I FELL, like almost on my face... In my driveway about a month ago. The soft part of my L knee took the brunt, then I landed on my forearms to block my face- which was inches from the cement. 😬
I forgot-- because my knee was just bruised and I had a cut on my pinky knuckle that hurt the worst, so it didn't seem like a big injury fall. ..I have hEDS(look that up if you want), so I didn't realize I actually had a subluxation of my elbow and shoulder(and a rib below my collarbone). So that plus continuing to work with extra hours....🤯 BOOM major tendonitis flare. No wonder. 😏
The chiropractor reset my arm, and it feels SO much better! 😭 I'm still healing and can only do about 3 appts a day instead of 5... But now I'm really getting better 😂🤦🏼‍♀️and at least there's a better reason WHY it was so bad. 😏🫣

It's embarrassing... I fell off my bike, standing still. 😂 My seat was too tall and my driveway is sloped. Don't worry - I fixed my bike seat. 🤦🏼‍♀️ SORRY GUYS 😂

Well! Tried working today-
I made it through the day! 💅🏼.. 2 short gel nails, and 1 Pedi, but no massage.

That's definitely my max for now. 😬 But it's better than nothing.
I'm still gonna have to cancel appointments 😔 but at least I can do SOME.
Thanks everyone again for your understanding 🥹 your kindness... And patience.

Now I'm gonna go do a little bit of stretching and recoup to try a couple appointments tomorrow, Then go see the chiropractor again after work!

Eventually I'll work on a strengthening routine so this can be prevented... 😭 I'm not ready to be done anytime soon!

Update!
I tried 2 Pedi (nail trim only!) today- I was not ready. 😖
So, back to resting I go.

The pain subsided about 4 hrs after I finished... And primarily it's been hurting from elbow down today, instead of shoulder to fingers... So I'm still improving. 💪🏼

In the meantime, the universe provided me a new nail desk for a great price on Facebook marketplace - it's 18" deep instead of 24"..we're gonna get cozy up in here! 😘

I'm gonna try to get it set up one handed and resume to work on Monday 🤞🏼

Friday is the fundraiser for MACC 🎻 and I'm performing... If anyone is wondering 👀 finger work is my left hand, and my injury is my right hand/arm(GNARLY Tendonitis). Bowing uses my outside arm muscles, and is actually helping my shoulder a bit. 🥰 What's killing me right now is this ✍🏼
So just know... It's different.
I'm not getting paid while I'm trying to heal-- so I'm doing everything I can to get better fast!!

Huge shout out to my new neighbor Amber helping with my workload... So I don't have to extend my hours upon returning and become injured again. 😏

Hey! It's been a couple of days of me having to cancel appointments, so I just want to let everyone know-
I'm needing to take a break to heal my arm. I've overworked it and I've become injured 😫😬
Shoulder- elbow- thumb/wrist and every tendon in-between. 🔥🥵😠

Normally I just push through - but it's at the point where I literally can't. 😭 ✍🏼
