A Quick Policy Update:

Due to a recent non-payment situation, I will no longer be able to offer payment extensions for services. Please don’t even ask. We can rebook when your budget fits your appointment time.

👉🏽 Payment is due at the time of your appointment, before leaving the salon. 👈🏽

Unfortunately, I recently provided $125 in services after being asked for a few extra days to pay. Nearly two weeks later, that payment has still not been received. While I understand that life happens, as a small business owner I simply cannot afford to provide services without payment. This is my livelihood, and it directly supports my family and pays my bills too.

Because of this, all clients will be required to have a valid card on file to book or rebook appointments. This policy is in place solely to protect my business and ensure I can continue providing the level of service my clients deserve.

I truly appreciate every client who respects my time, my work, and my business. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

💡 Pro Tip: Spots fill up fast! I strongly encourage booking out your next few appointments—or even mapping out the rest of the year if you need a set day/time. We can always adjust as life or vacations come up, but pre-booking guarantees your spot is saved.

🚨 SICK POLICY REMINDER — READ CAREFULLY 🚨

I say this every year, and this year I am being strict.
If you OR anyone in your household is sick, you must reschedule.

The flu is going around, and I will not risk getting sick and having to cancel 1–3 days of clients. That affects everyone. I also have kids at home — I understand, but this is non-negotiable.

➡️ If there are fevers, vomiting, body aches, or a fresh sore throat — STAY HOME. That is when illness is contagious. ⬅️

This is why I have a sick policy. I would rather adjust for one client than cancel multiple days of work.

If you show up sick, you will be sent home and charged the under-24-hour cancellation fee. That includes knowingly coming in when someone in your home is actively sick. Common colds are one thing but what’s listed above - STAY HOME. Especially when systems are fresh.

If you notify me and reschedule due to illness, there will be NO cancellation fee. That is respectful and appreciated. I work around individuals with compromised immune systems. Please respect that.
