About Us: At Sister’s Salon and Spa. We provide a serene and luxurious escape for our clients. We specialize in wellness treatments, massage therapies, skincare, hair and nail services, and more. We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage booking appointments. Provide information on spa services, promotions, and treatments. Process payments, gift cards, and memberships accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for therapists. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Maintain client records and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Professional appearance and attitude. Passionate about wellness and customer care.
