This shouldn't come as a surprise... I'm OBSESSED with essential oils. This summer my friend gave me an aromatherapy diffuser and I fell in love! I decided to make a small batch of aromatherapy recipes using some of my favorite essential oil combinations.

Don't have an aromatherapy diffuser? I recommend you try it! Amazon has some great ones for around $40. AmaZing to fall asleep to.
