Feeling nostalgic looking through my old baby things...sometimes we wonder “why am i keeping this stuff” or “are my kids REALLY going to care about all their old clothes and stuff?”...YES my friends, they will care. Even for the 5 minutes i had while cleaning out the spare room, it put a smile on my face. Smelling my mom on those tiny, old clothes is priceless and i am so grateful i have these memories- even if i only see these things once in a blue moon.

Happy Birthday to the light of my life. I’m so thankful you were born, and i celebrate you. Happy New Year and Cheers to 2019! What a year it has been for our entire family! Our oldest, Shayna(24), started as a self employed hairstylist working with me at our salon!!! She also moved into her own place with our grandson, and has accomplished so much this year!!!! Our son Gabriel turned 21, and started a great job at Domain Chandon! He is truly making his way in this world with his ambition and personality!Jacob, our 19 year old, started as an apprentice electrician with a great company and we are so thrilled for him! Kj turned 15 and started his sophomore year in high school! He’s found his athletic stride kicking butt in both Cross Country and Track, and has done extremely well in his academics. Our sweet grandson, Jax, turned 4 and started preschool this fall at an amazing school owned by one of my long time friends! He is so beautiful and full of life- often called “Our Firecracker”- but we wouldn’t want him any other way!! We had an amazing life experience this summer taking all of our kids on a Family trip to Mexico, a vacation i will never forget.....
Kevin and i are as happy as ever. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary in March, and every passing year my love for him inexplicably grows more and more. I am grateful for 2018 being jam packed full of memories and accomplishments-but i am ready for 2019 to surpass this year and be even more fulfilling for my friends and my family!!!! It’s truly amazing the life you can have if you really want it 🖤

Another Halloween in the books!!!🎃 From Trick or Treating at Jax’s school this morning, to our traditional Pizza Party with all the cool people- it was really a fun one this year! Even little Jax cried after our last house and said “i don’t want Halloween to be done” So lucky to have friends and family like we do!! I love you all!!!
