Late night cardio has me waking up feeling much more alert and ready to take on the day. This was definitely one of the best Back days I've had in a while.

Be courageous enough to take that first step to building whatever it is you want to accomplish. is not only my name if you say it fast Reo sounds like "Real" and Real Fit is whatever "Fit" means to you. If it's having more energy to play with your kids or wearing that pair of pants that haven't quite fit in a while. It's different for everyone and doesn't have to follow the normal "fit."

I'm building an online training brand that I'd eventually love to turn into a brick and mortar gym if the opportunity presents itself.

I also plan on creating gym tees with with awesome designs, sayings and creativity. Not the typical gym tee with a small logo you can barely see.
