Realm Hair Collective is a chair rental salon that gives independent stylists the best of both worlds: the freedom to run their own business, along with the support and amenities of a fully-equipped salon environment. With over 20 years of combined hairstyling experience at top-rated salons in Chicago, we, as owners, understand what it takes to thrive in both independent and traditional salon settings. This unique experience has shaped our vision for creating a space where stylists can evolve and succeed in today’s industry.

Located in the heart of Downtown Naperville, our salon combines elevated design with a comfortable atmosphere. We’ve carefully chosen premium equipment, including high-quality shampoo bowls, top-tier styling chairs, mirrors, and stations. The salon also features a cozy reception area, a spacious backroom, and a kitchenette for your convenience.
When you rent a chair from us, you’ll have full control over your work life, while we provide all the essentials, including booking and checkout software, capes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and styling products. The only things you’ll need to bring are your own hair color/color tools/stylings tools

We are looking for:
- A fully licensed hairstylist.
- A full time independent hairstylist.
- A hairstylist that wants to be part of a collective of other like minded people.
- Someone who is trying to produce the best service and experience they can.
- Preferably someone who has a strong work portfolio and strong clientele, but we also understand that we all start somewhere.
- A hairstylist looking to become independent, that might need some help or resources doing so.
