Life Update 💕

After a lot of thought and with my husband currently deployed, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from my role as a hairstylist for now. Without a support system in place and with everything falling on my shoulders at home, I’ve realized I can’t give my best to both my clients and my children.

This decision didn’t come lightly. I love what I do, and I’m so grateful for every single person who sat in my chair and trusted me with their hair. But right now, my focus needs to be on my family. Especially my kids, who deserve a present and available mom during this time.

I also want to say I’m sorry for the suddenness of this announcement. I know this might feel out of the blue, but I believe both my clients and my family deserve 100% and without the right support system, I can’t give that.

With a broken heart, I will no longer be working at Ulta. Thank you all for your understanding, kindness, and support through this chapter. This isn’t goodbye forever 🥹 just a pause while I focus on what matters most right now. 💖

Today, my client came in with dark brown hair hoping to get a very light ash balayage only thing is, she had black in her hair previously. We did a strand test I told her that for the integrity of her hair we can slowly get to what she wants to achieve but with time. We love a patient client that says yes to a slow transition for the integrity of their hair ♥️

Because why shouldn’t you love your hair? Because chances are I won’t see it after you’re gone, and you’ll have to work with it every day.
