This client had been on a traditional gray coverage routine—root touch-ups every 4 weeks with permanent color.

Knowing that embracing her gray was a future goal, we intentionally didn’t pull permanent color through her ends over time.
The trade-off? Warm, brassy ends that needed toning at each visit.

Today we shifted the plan.

Instead of full permanent gray coverage, we created a soft, dimensional blend that works with her natural gray—not against it.

Now she can stretch her appointments to 2–3 months and maintain with a gentle demi blend at the root.

This was a full gray blending / color correction appointment (4.5 hours) and is booked as an hourly service.
