After 3 1/2 years I am closing my practice in Illinois and moving into Wisconsin 🙂 🙂 Many of you know I have a special needs son and I found a long-term program for him there. I will be able to continue supporting my face reality skin care clients virtually but hope to see you before I leave. Here’s a quick run down on our favorite supportive supplements for acne-prone skin. Remember, how we treat acne from the inside matters just as much as how we treat it on the outside! Contact your Acne Expert for further guidance.

Zinc Monomethionine: many people with acne are deficient in zinc. This bioavailable form of zinc is an anti-inflammatory that can reduce the severity of inflamed acne.

Omega 3 Fish Oil: Great for overall health, fish oil provides necessary support for acne-prone skin. Choose a molecularly distilled fish oil which avoids oxidation (which can cause inflammation) and provides a more concentrated fish oil with higher potencies of EPA and DHA (the good stuff).
