I thought it would be fun to share a little about who I am beyond the massage table!
If you're new here, welcome! My name is Debra, and I’m a therapeutic massage and wellness practitioner. I’m passionate about helping people recover from illness, injury, stress, and the demands of everyday life. Supporting others on their healing journey is truly what I love to do.
A few things that make me *me*:

I grew up north of Boston and will always have a special place in my heart for New England—especially Ogunquit, Maine. After spending years living away, returning to the coast in the summer feels like coming home. I've spent much of my life living near the ocean, both on the East Coast and the West Coast, and there's just something about the water that helps me feel grounded.
One thing you'll quickly learn about me: I'm always dreaming about my next adventure. My travel bucket list is long, and I hope it keeps getting longer!

At first glance, these may look like medieval torture devices.
I promise they're not. 😄
These are some of the tools I use to help address tight muscles, restricted fascia, scar tissue, and areas that just aren't moving the way they are meant to.
Each tool has a purpose, they're all designed to help me work more effectively with your tissues and support better movement, less tension, and improved recovery.
The important part? The tool itself isn't the treatment.
It's knowing when to use it, when not to, and how best to tailor the session to the person on the table.
Sometimes the right tool makes all the difference.
Sometimes my hands are the best tool available.
And despite appearances, none of these were borrowed from a medieval dungeon!

Sometimes people apologize the entire session.
For how tight they are.
For not taking better care of themselves.
For waiting so long to book.

Sometimes what you really need is a quiet hour where your nervous system can settle, your shoulders can stop bracing, and you can finally exhale a little.
In a world that constantly asks you to push through, that matters more than most people realize.
🚗 Oil change? Scheduled.
🛞 Tire rotation? On time.
🔧 Weird noise in the car? Immediate attention.
Meanwhile your body:
