A lot of pore congestion I see with clients actually comes down to simple daily habits.

Not cleansing properly before bed, leftover makeup or SPF, reusing face towels, not changing pillowcases often enough, and not having enough exfoliation in your routine can all lead to buildup inside the pores over time.

Skincare products also play a big role,when they don’t match your skin type or don’t support proper skin turnover, pores can become congested more easily.
