Show up and do your best and see how it develops! We got really lucky by paddling our hearts out and taking first place in co-ed teams! What an honor to gain a paddle trophy for That’s it people, train smart, take care of your body and live fully! I’m here to be there with you on the journey of well lived life!
Therapy programs do work! Only thing you got to follow it …so glad I get to share this with you because it is my rehab. I had a hamstring injury since last year I rehabbed it went well then boom re injured it and kinda got lazy and to be honest just was hoping regular workouts will do the magic. Yeah pretty funny as a therapist think that way but hey I’m human and out of patience. No magic here finally got sick of my own complaint “can’t run” so started water rehab and two weeks later I did a running workout at CrossFit and guess what? No pain during no pain after …if I can do it so can you!

As I was driving to the airport to spend the weekend with my son, I felt this overwhelming wave of gratitude.
To all of my incredible clients—thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for allowing me to do what I love every day. Because of you, I’m able to show up as a mother and make these monthly visits with my boy possible.
That is something I never take for granted.
I pray that just as you support me in this season of my life, I can continue to support you—helping your body move better, feel better, and live well.

1 1. The body is always communicating — pain is not the enemy. Pain is information, not a failure.
When we listen instead of override, healing accelerates.
1 2. Structure follows function — and function follows habit. What you do daily matters more than what
you do occasionally.
1 3. Fascia remembers what muscles forget. Old injuries, stress, and compensation patterns live in
connective tissue.
1 4. Healing happens when the nervous system feels safe. Relaxation isn’t optional — it’s therapeutic.
1 5. Strength without mobility creates tension. Mobility without strength creates instability. Balance is
everything.
1 6. Breathing changes everything. It influences posture, pain perception, digestion, and recovery.
1 7. The body heals in layers, not timelines. Progress is rarely linear — setbacks are part of integration.
1 8. Compensation is intelligent — until it isn’t. The body adapts to protect you. Therapy teaches it when
to let go.
1 9. Touch, when intentional, resets more than tissue. Manual therapy affects awareness, trust, and
nervous regulation.
1 10. Posture is dynamic, not static. Your body wants movement — not rigid “perfect form.”
1 11. Inflammation is a response, not a mistake. We support the body’s response rather than suppress it
blindly.
1 12. The strongest bodies move efficiently, not aggressively. Control and coordination prevent injury
better than force.
1 13. Rest is part of training. Recovery is where adaptation happens.
1 14. Emotional stress shows up physically. Ignoring it doesn’t make it disappear — it just relocates.
1 15. Small, consistent care outperforms crisis treatment. Maintenance prevents the breakdown cycle.
1 16. Pain patterns are often global, not local. Where it hurts is rarely where it starts.
1 17. Aging is adaptation — not decline. The body changes, but it doesn’t lose its intelligence.
1 18. The body wants to heal — our job is to remove obstacles. When given the right input, the body
does the rest.

Happy thanksgiving 🍁🦃💛🧡🤎so grateful for our community spreading good vibes moving people and animals!!! Count your blessings, so important to know now-days more then ever to know there always something to be grateful for!
Sometime your SI instability cause unwanted spasms…chain reaction! After resting pelvis imbalance follow the related muscles. Muscle release and trigger point and facial release doesn’t do the magic if we can. Muscles are in strengthen. Knowing the body, knowing the connections = joint stability, less pain and discomfort.
Test run after hamstring strain! Been treating it, mobility, used different cardio while building muscle up…. Longest run was about a mile but today 5k went smooth no issues with discomfort with imbalances, no hamstring discomfort nor pain! Able to spring the last 1/4 mile without any issues!!! Let’s go!!!
