There is a super interesting instagram page called The Glucose Goddess and she shares many tips like this. She also released an excellent book called Glucose Revolution. (Her name is Jessie Inchauspe) One of the reasons people coming off a GLP-1 (or any of the glp weight loss shots) regain the weight is because they still haven't fixed their eating habits. These programs are weeks and sometimes months long, it is plenty of time for you to build NEW healthy eating habits. Until you manage eating and your insulin spikes you will not lose or maintain your weight.
