📖 Natural lashes shed on an average of 1-5 lashes per eye, per day. The upper lid has anywhere between 90-160 lashes scattered on 4-6 rows. You don’t typically notice the lashes shedding until you get extensions as it becomes more evident when you see the extensions (which are adhered to your natural lash) shed/fall. Another pretty natural lash grows in its place, and the cycle repeats. This is why fills are needed and are scheduled every 2-3 weeks🌈🦄

So here is my 5 second nerd moment and how drinking coffee can affect your lash appointment...coffee is a central nervous system stimulant and while it can have positive effects on learning, memory, performance👀 and coordination, it is 🗣 NO BUENO 😵 to drink prior to your lash application session as it acutely increases your sympathetic nerve activity. ⚡️ The jitters and constant movement of head, arms in the air, constant turning, will prevent the person applying your extensions from focusing on the precise application process that has to take place.
