Whether it be length, health or both, achieving our hair goals starts with a mindset. That mindset could make or break everything else that we do. Here are just a handful that we can work on shifting.
✔ Unless there is an illness or medical treatment, your hair is growing
✔ Use other people's regimen as a guide not a holy grail for your hair
✔ Your hair still needs to be tended to while wearing protective styles
✔ Moisturizers are water or water based products
✔ It takes more than products for hair growth and the timeline for a lengh goal should be realistic

It's done. Why did I think I could upload 130+ vids with captions and hashtags in one week? That one week turned into...some months. Thank you to everyone who still showed love to my old posts even though many of you had seen them before.
