For those who may not have gotten my email..
I know I put the email out there yesterday and so many of you jumped, which I think is great. A couple of things I needed let you know. I hadn’t yet seen the Governors orders when I sent the email out, hence this one to you now. I will be displaying them for all to see, as well As giving you the basics in this email, and I will be following them as I don’t want to put my business in jeopardy.
Remember, these are his guidelines not mine, and I am only adhering to them.
No blow dry with your service
No waxing,No perms ,No foils
If anyone has any signs of being sick, or been around anyone who has had the virus, please reschedule your appointments, atleast 2 weeks out. When you come in I will have sanitizer on the counter, and the bathroom will be right ther to wash hands. There will not be any magazines as to keep the germs at a minimal. One person with me in salon at a time, 1/1 ratio so, I can’t have people waiting in the waiting room or salon while waiting. I will have you text me to let me know you are there, and I will text you back when to come in. So, if you are booked with your spouse or child, this could pose an issue, as I can’t have the other standing around in the salon. They will have to wait in car and come in after you are done with your service, which to me sounds silly, but I have to follow the guidelines and I share the room with another stylist and we are both trying to do what have been put on us for this transition period.
I know this is a lot to take in, as it is for me too, but I am as anxious to get back to normal as you all are. We are in this together and I am hoping to get some clarity within the next week as far as the services go. If I can do the foils, I will, but after reading everything, it’s not looking likely at this phase.
Please have patience with me, and know I understand your disappointment and frustration as to some of these restrictions as well. I want us all to be safe and coming out in a better place when this is all said and done.

✂️Yes- salon’s will reopen- at some point- it’s different for every state, every salon. We are waiting for a definite answer. ✂️
What can CLIENTS do, to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask?🤔
💥Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return 🙏🏻
💥Know safety measures were created for all involved.
💥Know the importance of coming *alone* as extra people in a salon compromises everyone.
💥Know your stylist cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all..😴
💥Know your initial services will take more time. ⌚*Especially if you cut or colored your hair yourself 😳
💥Know that coming in sick isn’t an option
💥Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time...🤔⌚
💥Know that when you arrive you may need to wait until your stylist gives you the go ahead before entering the building, having your cell phone handy in your car will help considerably.
💥Know that your stylist is thrilled to see you, and even though she/he may want or need a hug, your presence, is the best hug ever. 😷
💥Know that your health and the stylists health is the biggest concern
💥Know that your stylist may choose to open at a later date than the state your in has allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/ her brain and heart.
💥Know your stylist has already lost thousands of 💸 and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, so please be patient. 💜
💥Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important.
💥Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety so plz keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful 💜
💥Know that while trying to connect with your stylist, there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously
💥Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist- help make it the best appointment ever!!!🙏❤🙏❤🙏

Ok folks, trying to brainstorm for all of you needing your roots done... who would be interested in a root cover up to help get you through this.. if anyone would like me to look into it for them, let me know!!

Missing you all already, but just don’t do it!!🤣
It’s no surprise that we are all concerned about our Health and each other these days. It’s such a scary time with so many unknowns. With that being said, unfortunately, I have decided to adhere to the recommendations of my industry and government guidelines of social distancing. While I’m not worried about getting this, my concern is each and every one of you.
Effective today, I will not be taking customers until atleast April 7, at which I will reassess the situation. For those that have appointments scheduled, I’m sorry, I will do my best to work you in when I reopen. I will work some extra hours to accommodate as many of you as my hands and time allow. I will be calling those that had appointments to reschedule, or feel free to call when you get this and we can revisit another appointment. This is not what I was hoping for, but, as well as protecting you, I also need to protect myself and my family.
We will all get through this challenging time, and if there are any emergencies or concerns, I am just a phone call away. I look forward to seeing you all very soon. Stay well and stay positive.💕🙏🏻
